At pd Fatbikes GmbH, we place great importance on a transparent and customer-friendly return policy. Below you will find the terms, costs, and procedures for returning a fatbike.
Return Policy


•  You can return your fatbike within 14 days of receipt. Our 14-day return period is a voluntary policy and does not constitute a statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law. Exceptions may apply to custom-made products, special orders, or items with excessive wear.


•  The fatbike must be in new, unused condition. Minimal test use (e.g., a short test ride indoors) is acceptable. Visible signs of use on the exterior, modifications, or wear (e.g., scratches, dirt, or tire wear) may result in a partial refund.


•  All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
•  Any signs of use or damage not covered by the warranty may result in a reduction of the refund amount.


•  Returns from business customers (B2B purchases) are subject to separate agreements and may not be eligible for the same return conditions as consumer orders. Please contact us for further information.


Return Shipping Costs


•  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
•  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are liable until we receive the goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged returns.
•  To avoid damage during transit, please pack the bicycle carefully.


Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at info@fatbike.li to register your return. Please provide your order number, serial number (if applicable), and reason for return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

Once we have received and inspected the returned fat bike, the refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the return, using the original payment method.


5.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and inspected.


Return Policy & Requirements


•  The fat bike must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
•  If accessories are missing or there are signs of use, the refund amount may be reduced.
•  Proof of purchase (e.g., an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.
•  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that lost returns will reach us.


Refund Methods


•  Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
•  Alternatively, customers may request a credit note or an exchange.
•  The maximum refund amount is limited to the actual purchase price paid, including any discounts.
•  If the item shows visible signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
•  For orders paid for through financing or third-party payment services, refunds will be processed according to the respective provider's policies. Please contact your payment provider for further information regarding the refund process.


Warranty & Support


•  Defects covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
•  If your fat bike arrives damaged or defective, please report this within 48 hours of delivery to request warranty processing or a free return.
•  If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.
